The AquaOxy product range includes 250, 500, and 1000 models of compact, air pumps that can be mounted dry. They come with two submersible air stones and 5 meters of silicon air hose that helps to diffuse oxygen into the pond water, promoting the growth of beneficial micro-organisms and assisting the biological action that breaks down harmful nutrients, which ultimately improves the overall health of the pond. 
 
These aeration units are ideal for providing oxygen to ponds, creating a healthy environment for fish and fauna, and reducing the likelihood of algal blooms. They have two primary uses: direct aeration into the pond or aeration and turbulence within compatible filter units. They are rated to IP44 and should only be mounted in areas with no more than splashing water or rain. 
 
To achieve the desired aesthetic and requirements for the job at hand, a ring is required for direct aeration into the pond. Aeration bars are available in sizes to suit any of these aerators, while the aeration ring is suitable only for the 5000 and 7500 models. These accessories must be ordered separately. 
 
Moreover, these aeration units can be directly connected to filtration systems that have tubing and stones already built-in, such as the moving bed/individual modules within the Oase drum filter systems. The AquaOxy 2500 is suitable for the Oase Compact-M drum filters, the 5000 is suitable for the Compact-L and Premium drum filters, and the 7500 is suitable for the Premium XL or for systems with multiple moving bed modules.
