The OASE BioPress is a pressurized pond filter that comes with a built-in Ultraviolet Clarifier. This filter can be buried beside the pond and features an easy-to-clean handle that compresses the filter sponges. This allows you to clear out the pond waste without needing to touch the filter foams. The BioPress also contains individual BiosSurface elements that act as a housing for friendly bacteria to flourish, further increasing the filtration capability. 
 
Since the filter housing is a sealed unit, water can be pumped up higher than the filter itself. This makes it an ideal solution for supplying the pond water directly to a small stream or cascade. The filter and UVC technology combined guarantee clear water.
 
We strongly recommend these filters are only used for goldfish ponds, stocked at 1 fish per 100 litres. These filters are not suitable for larger species.
