The ProfiClear XL pond filter system is capable of filtering ponds that can hold up to 530,000 liters or 100,000 liters for Koi ponds. The automated drum module of this filter has been designed to remove particles and pollutants, even in highly sedimented ponds. The XL Drum module is available in both pump-fed and gravity-fed versions.
 
The Pump Fed XL Filter Drum has 5 water inlets that can be connected to submersed AquaMax Eco Expert pumps and the new Bitron Premium Ultraviolet Clarifiers. The Pump Fed XL Drum Filter Module comes with an intelligent filter-mounted controller that automatically cleans the 16 individual drum filter sieves. The filter sieves can screen out debris down to 60 microns, but you can change them to optional 30-micron or 150-micron sieves, depending on the level of filtration needed. The Pump Fed XL drum filter can accept flow rates ranging from 25,000 Litres/Hour to 50,000 Litres/Hour.
