The Aquascape "Pondless Waterfall" system is a great way to add the soothing sound of a waterfall to your garden, without the need for an actual pond. It starts with a hidden lined water reservoir made from AquaBlox and pond liner. A pump is housed within a Pondless Waterfall pump vault, which makes it easy to access. The pump is used to pump water from the reservoir to a Waterfall Spillway. 
 
The Waterfall Spillway is installed on top of a watercourse or rockway, allowing the water to return back to the underground reservoir. This closed system creates sounds and ambience within the garden, and is especially suited to gardens where space is limited or where the landscape is already to a watercourse.
 
The Aquascape Pondless Waterfall pump vaults are simple flooded chambers designed to be installed within a lined underground reservoir. They house the pump that feeds a waterfall or watercourse, and provide a way to easily access it for routine cleaning, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
 
The pump vaults are made of heavy-duty polyethylene construction, which provides excellent structural strength and rigidity. This prevents warping or bowing caused by changing weather conditions and temperatures. They also feature a 3-inch cut-out on the side to allow pipework. 
 
The removable lid makes it easy to access the pump vault. It has a wide opening that measures 406mm x 406mm. You can cover the lid with stones or gravel, making it easy to camouflage and leaving only the water level inspection port visible. The port allows a quick visual inspection of the inside of the vault and the internal water level without moving the camouflaging stones. 
 
If you want to increase the height of the pump vaults, you can use pump vault extensions that simply slot on top of the pump vaults. If you use small AquaBlox pond crates, no extension is required. However, if you use large AquaBlox, then it will require an extension.
