Our Returns Policy

General Returns:

  • We cannot accept returns for any product that has come into contact with water due to the risk of disease transfer.

  • Products that have not been in contact with water, are in their original packaging, and are undamaged with all components intact can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Returns are not accepted for treatments, feed, UV bulbs, filter sponges, or other consumable items.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, although the collection may take up to 7 days. Refunds will be issued once the returned items have been received, inspected, and confirmed to be in working order.

  • For large return orders delivered on pallets, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Faulty Goods:

  • We will replace items that are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, which may involve replacing a part or the entire product.

  • Ensure you register your product if it has an extended warranty to avoid any issues when making a warranty claim in the future.

  • If an item returned as faulty is later found to be in working condition, transport fees may apply.

  • Items that are returned and found to have not been maintained according to the manufacturer's guidelines will not be covered under warranty, and the return will not be accepted.
